Can I cancel my order?

Order cancellations can be done till the time the order is in packed status or till the time the order is not fulfilled. Orders cannot be cancelled after it is dispatched or fulfilled.

What are the steps to cancel my order?

On the main page of your App or Website, tap on the “My Orders” section and select the product or order you wish to cancel.

What are the order cancellation policies on FGM?

You can cancel your order only when it is in the processing status or packed status and as long as the ‘Cancel Order’ option is available in the App/Site. Orders cannot be cancelled after they are dispatched or fulfilled. In the case of pre-paid orders, the amount shall get refunded to the same payment mode.

How long will it take for me to receive my refund for a pre-paid order which I cancelled?
